Learning > Why print a postcard with four color on both sides?

As you know, it’s not a black and white world.

Color has many advantages when used in communication. In the case of postcards, here are a few of the more important ones.

When you or your prospect grabs a handful of mail from your mailbox, which side of the mail pieces are facing you? They are facing you the exact way your mailman oriented them, with the address panels all in the same direction, facing up. He or she had to confirm the addressee and then puts the whole bundle in the box or slot. This is the first thing you see as you go through the mail. It’s the first thing your prospects see when they receive their mail. The company logo or any graphics meant to attract attention are not in color.

Who out there has a black and white logo? Very few.

The real reason for having one side of a postcard only black is so the printer can save money; why else would they charge you more if you opt for the color on both sides.

Also, by having available the full spectrum of color on the mailing side of your postcards you have a great deal of flexibility when highlighting certain text, copy, bulleted items, contact info, special pricing, etc....

Photos and graphics are more stunning, product shots are more appealing and your communication becomes more compelling.

At TotalPostcards we offer full color on both sides of every postcard we print, and we still have the lowest prices in the industry, guaranteed!
